Sehr gute Lage, mittendrin, nah an Geschäften, Supermärkten, Restaurants und Boutiquen. Eingebettet in ein Wohngebiet, sodass man sich nicht abgeschieden, sondern sehr sicher fühlt.
Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend, aufmerksam und freundlich, sodass ich mich allein mit Säugling immer aufgehoben und sicher gefühlt habe.
1) Die Fenster haben den Verkehrslärm (insbesondere Motorcross-Räder und Mofas) durchgelassen, sodass man selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern den Lärm bis nach Mitternacht gehört hat. Eine Investition in neue Fenster würde sich sehr lohnen, denn die Lage und Immobilie insgesamt sind sehr besonders und immer wieder einen Besuch wert.
2) Ebenso könnte man in neues Besteck und Geschirr investieren - das wirkte sehr in die Jahre gekommen und spärlich.
3) Leider wurde mir die Mitteilung der Unterkunft bzgl. meines Check-Ins im Booking-Chat nicht pünktlich zugestellt, sodass ich abends im Dunkeln allein mit Säugling und viel Gepäck vor der Tür stand und nicht wusste, wie ich hineinkomme. Das war ein technischer Fehler von Seiten Bookings (ich arbeite im digitalen Marketing und bin durchaus in der Lage Nachrichten und Chats zu lesen und zu verfassen). Nach einiger Zeit hat sich aber alles geklärt, sodass wir sicher ankommen konnten.

Late arrival, accommodation open with keys. Stunning views, beautifully clean. 1 bathroom was enough for 4 ladies & 1 man surprisingly! Great maid service, Marceda lived across the road & regularly emptied bins & changed towels & bedding. Location was no more than a 5 minute walk to bars & restaurants. And 10-15 mins to the beach.
Only issues were:
Short but steep hill every day which if we were younger would have been no issue, but as we were all over 65yrs. and a couple struggling with breathing issues it was a problem which is the only thing preventing us from returning.

Posizione perfetta. Vicino al centro e molto silenzioso . Un bel balcone ventilato e con vista mare. Posto auto privato . Pulizie periodiche!
Il bagno é l'unica nota negativa dell'appartamento. In particolare la doccia. Piccoli particolari che andrebbero curati.
Aria condizionata solo nella camera da letto che funziona solo con tutte le finestre chiuse..... E chi dorme in salone?
