A historic Pub with a modern twist - The Greyhound

Fun to have a whole bar and some party atmosphere, really great location

Overall excellent, I feel the extras could be more clearly advertised say a banner showing 9CDPDA extra over photo? I was advised mattress of bed in smallest room could do with replacement as dipped. Would be good to upgrade to have some moveable outdoor seating for sun lounging,

The Greyhound is amazing. So many elements have such a wow factor, and it was the perfect place to stay for my friend's hen do. We were a group of 17 and it mostly felt like a good amount of space for us all. There was plenty of crockery, glassware, spare toilet rolls, etc. The party lights were great, particularly in the garden - gave us great vibes for our silent disco! Anna was incredibly helpful at every stage - prompt to respond to messages and incredibly accommodating.

We loved our stay, but a couple of small tweaks would've made things better. The table in the dining room wasn't big enough for our whole group to sit round - we had great weather so we squeezed onto the table outside but if it had been raining, we wouldn't have been able to sit together. A way to extend the table inside to fit everyone would be nice. As a group of friends, we were a little surprised by the double shower and toilet situations. We would have preferred to have them separate so we could actually use them at the same time. Similarly, some of the toilets, lights, etc, were a bit too high tech for us and that didn't really feel necessary. These things were so small though, and we would hugely recommend The Greyhound to anyone considering staying.

Everything…The stay was amazing, from bedrooms to bar area to outside space. Could not fault a single thing.

Nothing to dislike

Amazing venue, lovely touches from the host, chocolates and water on the bed and Prosecco in the fridge! Such a unique place to stay and would love to return!
