The location is very convenient, the bed is comfortable, and the blackout curtains work very well. The staff were generally friendly and welcoming.

I stayed at the hotel for an entire week, and not once did anyone come to clean my room. Halfway through my stay, I went to reception and specifically asked for housekeeping. I was told that guests staying for approximately one week are entitled to one room cleaning, but that it has to be requested in advance. I therefore booked the cleaning for Friday or Saturday. However, nobody ever came — the room was not cleaned, and even the rubbish was not removed. By the end of my stay, there were flies in the room. For a hotel in this price category, this is completely unacceptable. The fire alarm was also a nightmare. Guests had to evacuate the building, but afterwards there was no proper explanation and not even an apology for what had happened. I expected much better organisation, communication and concern for the guests.

Hôtel agréable, équipe accueillante et à l’écoute. L’emplacement est idéal, à proximité de lignes principales de transport. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est simple et bon avec beaucoup d’options végétariennes. La salle de sport est étroite mais très complète en équipement, avec programmes de sport intégrés. Idéal pour contrebalancer les consommations excessives de bretzel. Possibilité de laver soi même le linge dans l’hôtel ce qui est très pratique !

Seul défaut : les odeurs de canalisations importantes dans la salle de bain. Il était nécessaire de laisser la chambre aérer la journée.

Närheten till lokaltrafiken, Det fanns alltid något att göra på hotellet, rummet var bra!

Att det saknade ett mini kylskåp!
