Pan na noce był tak sympatyczny , że użyczył nam ładowarkę do tel. Bardzo pomocny i sympatyczny.

Excellent hotel with truly welcoming and helpful staff! We especially appreciated their flexibility and understanding when our travel plans unexpectedly changed. The hotel kindly accommodated our request to modify the dates of our stay, which made a potentially stressful situation much easier. Throughout our stay, the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was also of very high quality, with a great selection of fresh and tasty options to start the day. Everything was well-prepared and thoughtfully presented. A big thank you to the entire team for their outstanding hospitality and excellent service. We would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Trochę Chłodna woda w jaccuzzi, jedna sauna nie działała

Szlafroki czyste i nowe, natomiast ręczniki basenowe z dziurami

Jacuzzi problem z włączeniem, przycisk za daleko o trzeba wstać i się mocno naciągnąć aby włączyć, w saunie uszkodzone deski podłogowe, telewizor nie można było oglądać, cały czas zakłócenia i wyłączał się, deska sedesowa ruchoma była w naszym pokoju 304, narożnik szary cały w planach, obrzydzenie było tam usiąść, w łazience futryna na dole uszkodzone, w ostatnim dniu awaria windy i z bagażami trzeba było schodzić z 3 piętra po schodach
