Bardzo miłe i pomocne Panie z recepcji hotelu. Strefa SPA - basen, sauna mokra i sucha, grota solna to duży plus po górskich wędrówkach. Pyszne śniadania ze świetną obsługą kelnerską Polecam ten hotel na odpoczynek.
Mały minus - niesprawne jacuzzi.

Lokalizacja super personel bardzo miły. Śniadania pyszne
Nie odpowiadała nam jakość pokoju i łazienki. Było czysto ale było też kilka mankamentów typu brak lodówki co powinno być w standardzie. Uszkodzona klapa od WC. Szafka pokoju do której strach było włożyć ubrania przy której również odpadał uchwyt i zostawał sam wkręt. Prysznic przy którym nie mogliśmy podnieść go wyżej aby spełniał funkcję prysznica. Jacuzii również nie spełniały roli ponieważ woda tylko była podgrzana a dysze nie spieniały wody praktycznie wogole
