The host was very responsive to our communications. The house is gorgeous and very comfortable. We had to rent it last minute because our house flooded and it was no problem for the host. The neighborhood is very safe with not many houses around. Highly recommend!
This didn't impact us, but the house is not wheelchair abled due to steps going into the home.
