Sika Winn Apartment

This is a spacious apartment, pleasant overall and reasonably clean. New apartment complex, modern inside. The host is lovely and even did the bed for us as we asked in advance for the couch to be made for the children. Communication was fantastic. All in all a nice stay with a bit of caveats as per the below.

This is a bit pricey for the facilities offered. There is no dishwasher and might be us but couldn’t find the microwave (we have stayed in Arad at lower rates with dishwasher in the flat and microwave). Very few dishes and cutlery and all completely miss matched. If this were a property managed by a private host, at lower price, I would not even bother to comment however this is tagged as a ‘luxury apartament’ and seemingly managed by a business. By any standard though, the following are unacceptable: 1. The only available saucepan was damaged, leaving one with the option of either not cook anything, or eat non stick lining together with food (we opted for not cooking of course; for background, there was only one other available frying pan but rather dirty with stuck food). 2. There were drops of poop on the inside of the toilet seat (which was nonetheless marked as sanitised!)
