Comunicarea foarte buna cu proprietarul, amplasarea fix in centru, apartament foarte spatios, curat si ingrijit.

Totul la superlativ, peste așteptări, baia a doua, cea care nu apare în poze, spațioasă cu cadă, camere mari cu tavan înalt, da te simți ca la palat!
Singurul aspect negativ ar izolarea fonica, dar nu foarte deranjant, poate doar vecinul care seara târziu se punea să vorbească la telefon cu voce mai ridicată 😀
