Home has everything we needed. Dwayne was available to answer any questions . Very quiet neighborhood.
The home could use a privacy fence/ land scape. Other than that home was very nice .

We enjoyed the pool and lanai. The property managers were great always responsive. The location of this house relating to shopping, dining out is good, not to far to drive. The house is laid out well and access to the garage is very nice, the house could use a refresh of paint, more comfortable seating furniture, beds, rugs, and kitchen restock of glasses, utensils, serving bowls, cookware, better sheets and pillows for beds.

This property was very family friendly. The pool was prepped and the propane had pool toys for us to use. The binder provided great instructions and helpful ideas. We would recommend some work to get rid of ants that were around and in the pool.
