The house was spacious and comfortable for my family of 7. The hot tub and pool with lanai was definitely the highlight of our stay. We loved being able to stay outside without the worry of bugs and loved that we could control the pool and hot tub without any restrictions. The sunset view was absolutely gorgeous each night. Our kids fed the baby ducks and turtles off the dock daily and we were even able to catch some fish with the poles provided (although they were in rough shape). We did wash the paddle boat and take it out a few times, as well as the kayaks. We never touched the thermostat in the house and it was plenty cold (felt like 105 while we were there). It was nice to have access to coolers, beach umbrellas, toys, chairs, etc. There were also bikes but we didn’t use them. The grill was old but worked. The property manager (Jason) was extremely helpful and responsive any time we contacted him. The house was fairly well stocked, however we ran out of toilet paper on day 5 of 8. There was only one roll “extra” in each bathroom. Each bathroom also had one hotel style small travel shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and bar soap, so buy extra if you have kids. The master bed was extremely soft and we both sank in really far. Not our preference but we would stay here again nonetheless. We would definitely book this location again. Thank you for making our trip easy. It was great being able to stay all day at the house occasionally and having our kids all happy.

The property was well maintained with a beautiful view of the canal. The outdoor living space was very nice. The kitchen had everything you needed and more. The location was central to many surrounding activities.

House was well stocked (which we LIKED). Plenty of room and just like description said. One draw back was the master bedroom's bed. It was VERY soft and it hurt my back to sleep on it so I ended up sleeping on couch. Someone left coffee grounds in coffee maker with little mold but able to clean up easily. Pool was nice and everything else was fine.

Our family of 4 (two kids) had a wonderful two week stay at Villa Coral Sunsets. Property was immaculate and just as listed. The home had everything you would need, and more. The outdoor area was fantastic. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and sunsets. Jason, the property manager was excellent and very responsive. We have been vacationing in the area for several years and this is the first property we wouldn’t hesitate to stay at again. Thanks for a great trip!
