-Do not tamper with the pool equipment. This includes the pump, filter, and heater. Guests will be charged if any equipment is damaged.
-NOTE: The maximum occupancy the house will accommodate is eight guests. Please --NOTE: The three bedrooms will accommodate six guests while two guests can sleep comfortably on the queen-size Murphy bed.

My husand, our three children, and my parents all stayed at the property for our spring break vacation. Upon arriving the cleanliness of the home was immaculate! The kids swam many of the days from the time they woke up until after dark. The pool was heated to 88 which was perfect as it was March and the air still a bit chilly. My father, an avid fisherman, fished the canal. He caught a few catfish and snagged a blue crab! Fort Meyer's beach was just a short drive away. Would recommend for anyone eho wants a relaxing vacation awax!

A nice getaway place to stay. We enjoyed swimming, kayaking, fishing, and pool playing. Most of our time was spent relaxing by the pool. Kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy some great family meals together. Host was very responsive to any questions we had regarding the property.

We loved everything about staying at this property. Great location. Close to all of our favorite places. We spent the majority of our time by the pool. The pool is heated and was at the perfect temp. This home had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The owner was great to work with. We will for sure be staying here again next year.
