Inside, you'll find contemporary finishes and a welcoming atmosphere. The living room features a large Smart TV, perfect for movie nights. Start your mornings right at our upgraded coffee station, complete with a Keurig Duo, French Press, and locally roasted Bonzi Coffee, plus a selection of teas, syrups, and hot cocoa.
This home is ideal for families and groups, including elderly guests, thanks to its single-story layout. Please note there is one step inside the home.

Guests will have full and private access to the entire home, including all five bedrooms, the living areas, and the fully equipped kitchen. You will also have exclusive use of the private backyard, heated saltwater pool, and two driveways for ample parking. Check-in is simple and convenient with our keyless smart lock.
Other things to note
Check-In/Out: Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in may be available for a fee starting 5 days before your arrival; please inquire for details.
Damage Waiver: The mandatory $89 "Management Fee" is an accidental damage waiver covering up to $1500 in accidental damage. This does not cover negligence or pet damage.
Pool Heat: Optional pool heating is available for $45 per night or $225 per week. This must be purchased for the entire duration of your stay and requested at least 48 hours in advance. The heat pump's effectiveness depends on outdoor temperatures, and refunds cannot be offered if the water doesn't reach a specific temperature due to cold weather.
Security & Privacy: For your security, a floodlight camera faces the driveway and a doorbell camera is at the front door. A Minut device is installed inside to monitor noise levels and smoke to prevent parties; it does NOT record any audio or video, ensuring your privacy.
Guest Verification: To comply with local regulations, guests may be required to complete a verification process and e-sign our rental agreement. This must be completed before arrival for a seamless check-in.

Property was well done and pool area was beautiful. Check-in was easy, and the kitchen was well-stocked with all the dishes we needed. I was quite warm the first couple of nights, but the host listened to our concerns and adjusted the air for us. I'll admit it was kind of annoying not to be able to adjust the temperature ourselves. The only way to get to the pool through the house is through a bathroom. As a group of girls that didn't know each other very well, that was awkward, but luckily it did not become too much of an issue. Also, the pool guy startled us when he came in the backyard while we were using the pool during our stay. It would have been nice to have a warning or for them to just come on a different weekday (not a Friday).

Incredible location with space, comfort, and fun for entire family. The customer service was magnificent! Very close to many restaurants, beach, and shopping. The home is perfect for any occasion. It showcases all the details you would want in a home with the pool being a great addition. We definitely will be back! Thank you for a great stay and memorable memories for our grandmothers 100th birthday!

We had a great stay! The home was clean, modern, and had plenty of space for our family. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood and just a short 20-minute drive to a clean, family-friendly beach. We also loved how close it was to everything—Walmart, Marshall’s, and the movie theater were all just a 2-5 minute drive.The private pool was a great bonus, and the covered pergola with outdoor furniture made it easy to relax outside, even in the heat. The home was well-stocked with plenty of starter items, which we appreciated after flying in.The only thing we would’ve loved to see were a few beach toys, a cooler, and a beach wagon—things that are tough to bring when traveling by plane. Other than that, everything was perfect, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.Would definitely stay again!

Great property! We hung out by the pool for the forth of July, cooked and grilled. We were 15 min to downtown, neighbors were nice, over all experience was great. The only possible improvement would be have actual caffeinated coffee k cups. There was so many decaf but big caffeinated ones, but not that big of a deal.
