The master bedroom features a king bed, ensuite bathroom and private entrance to a screened lanai with incredible views of Sarasota Bay. The first guest room has a queen bed and screened lanai with amazing gulf views. The final guest room includes two twin beds. The property was amazing and the location was perfect. Beach in the morning before it was too hot & pool late in the afternoon. We had the best of both worlds. Weather was great, although a little hot but no rain. We would definitely stay again.

Everything was exactly as described & pictured. Was the best location with the beach just across the street and the bay right out the back door. Pool was very nice and everything was very clean. Host replied promptly & rental agency was great to work with. Would definitely stay there again!

Very well appointment 3BR appartment, right on the bay waters and right at the beach (with only the beach road to cross).Kitchen is super complete, beds comfortable and neighbors very friendly.

condo was not clean , floor got my feet black and bed linens were dirty . I washed them all before use. tv n front bedroom has nowhere to plug in. no plastic shower curtain and cloth one is stained yellow gross. One of twin beds is broken i believe. The condo was well stocked with dishes and had an amazing view and nice pool.Just needs updated and a better cleaning service. I was charged for cleaning and linen service and received neither one. We did love the island.
