We had a great time at our stay at the garden spot. House spaces clean enough towels available, enough pots and pans and glasses. Location was excellent we came down for a basketball tournament and we was 5 minutes from each location Rock Hill Sports Center and Winthrop Activity Center my coaches and the boys had a great time

Great spot if you need a comfortable bed to sleep in that is close to the Rock Hill Sports Center. The location is darling. Coffee on the front porch was gorgeous. It is old, so obviously it is not perfect. Recommend bringing a 3 prong converter if you plan to work from the home. Had to steal the one on the microwave.

Lovely old house with wood floors, three great bedrooms, living room, and kitchen/dining/washer-dryer area. It had all we needed—basics in kitchen and laundry area, lots of towels and shampoo/conditioner/soap in bathroom (one bathroom with cute tub only). The location is the best! Right across from the gardens, so we took out dogs walking over there.

Overall the property was nice. Was not impressed with the lack of actual electrical outlets and what seemed like an overuse of extension cords. Was also very disappointed with the amount of kitchen ware. There were only 3 coffee cups and almost no usable cookware for preparing meals at the property.
