This is a period home in the historic area of East Town Rock Hill. It is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath home that can sleep 7. This house has a full kitchen with cooking essentials. A laundry room with washer/dryer. The house is 2 blocks from Fountain Park, 3 blocks from downtown Rock Hill, less than a mile from Winthrop University and the Indoor Sports Complex. The property had all of the amenities that were needed for a basketball tournament stay and was centrally located to major roads, shopping, restaurants, sporting venue etc. The house is quaint which added to the charm and appeal. A bit of a musty smell when arrived but used air fresheners to resolve. The owners were very communicative, and easy to work with and would definitely use this property again if in the area. Photos are accurate and up to date.

Our experience at this property was okay. It was close to venue that we were attending and in a quiet neighborhood. The linens needs to be updated, the dryer wasn’t working properly, and there wasn’t many pots to cook with. There wasn’t enough towels for a three bedroom home, and no wash cloths at all. The AC leaked the entire time we were there. The beds were comfortable, but the blankets and sheets were pretty outdated. I love the historical feel that the home gave and it was very homey. Once the appliances, linen, and AC is fixed, it will most definitely be 5 out 5.
