The condo is approximately 900 sf and has a private balcony that overlooks the beautiful Atlantic ocean and the the Award Winning Boardwalk. Enjoy the Thursday night fireworks from the balcony. In addition it’s within walking distance to just about everything!

Great location on the beach near boardwalk and nightlife. Each room has a view of the marina and the beach. Some lighting fixtures and the TVs didn't seem to work but that's wasn't a big deal for us. Would stay here again.

I believe the cleaning staff was off season too. There were clothes still in furniture from previous guests (like underwear) and hair in shower and on "clean" towels. I had someone else's hair on my body after using the towel. Ugh. The place is junky. Looks like someone renovated in the 90s and left it be. Maybe installing a few new things every decade. There are definitely other rooms in this building I've stayed in that had been well loved. Not this one. It's expensive bc of the location, but you can find other rooms for similar pricing and have a cleaner nicer getaway. Something is up with the ac unit too. It is very humid in the room. Most of these rooms keep the humidity from outside, well, outside. But the sheets felt ... moist?
