About this villa rental
Villa Florida is a magnificent residence located in Corcovada, in Albufeira, ideal for families or groups seeking comfort, fun and proximity to the most stunning beaches of the Algarve.
The spacious living and dining room offers a welcoming and bright environment, perfect for relaxing or enjoying moments with others. From this area, you have direct access to the terrace with a view of the swimming pool, creating the ideal setting for socialising and leisure.
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with two single beds each, one of them with a private bathroom with shower. There is also an additional bathroom and a bathroom with a bathtub.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with two single beds and another with a double bed, both with private bathroom with shower and balcony with sea view.
On the lower floor there are three welcoming bedrooms, all with two single beds, offering a peaceful and comfortable environment to rest after a day in the sun. On this floor there is also a bathroom with a shower, ensuring practicality and additional comfort.
The property features a games room equipped with a snooker table, table tennis table and foosball table, providing entertainment for all ages.
The kitchen is fully equipped, offering convenience for preparing meals throughout your stay.
On the exterior, the villa has a spacious heated private swimming pool (additional cost), a well-maintained garden and a perfect BBQ area for outdoor meals. The space is fully enclosed, guaranteeing privacy and security.
Just a few minutes' drive from beaches such as Santa Eulália, Maria Luísa and Oura, and close to restaurants, bars, golf courses and Albufeira town centre, Villa Florida offers an exceptional location for an unforgettable holiday in the Algarve.
Right next to Villa Florida is its sister villa, Villa California. Both properties can be booked simultaneously for large groups.
The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).
If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.
This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).
Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.
Group deposit: €200 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival. There are some restrictions for group bookings.
Please note that the occupancy of this property is 14 guests.
From the 15th to the 20th guest, an additional charge will be levied which includes an extra bed.
According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The villa is large, well equipped and very comfortable. The games room was a big highlight and the outdoor dining area was perfect for BBQ dinners.

A great villa in a very good location. The rooms were comfortable and the house had plenty of space for everyone. We loved the outdoor area and the pool, and the nearby beaches are beautiful.

We had an amazing stay at the villa. The house is very spacious and perfect for a big group. The pool area and BBQ were great for relaxing during the day, and the games room with snooker and ping pong was a lot of fun for everyone.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Florida. The house was spacious with plenty of room for the whole family and lots of relaxing spots to unwind. The games room was a huge hit with the kids!The host was exceptionally helpful and always easy to reach whenever we had a question.The only downside was a faulty air-conditioning unit in the basement bedroom, which leaked water when switched on. This made the room a quite damp and stuffy, and unfortunately, it wasn’t resolved during our stay.Aside from that, everything else was perfect - the villa was exactly what we needed, comfortable, well-equipped, and great value for money.
