About this house rental
Villa Kadore, a beautiful holiday home with an infinity pool located not far from the town Porec and the beach.
This spacious house is located in Višnjan and only in a few minutes drive you can find a shop, freshly baked bread in a nearby bakery and one of the better taverns offering Istrian specialties. In its garden of 600 sqm, guests have at their disposal an infinity pool, 6 deck chairs, parasol, covered terrace with dining table overlooking the olive grove, barbecue and two parking spaces.
Villa Kadore for 6 people with a total area of 280 sqm spreads over three fully air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with access to the pool, fully equipped kitchen and dining table, two bedrooms with double bed and one bathroom. On the first floor there is a terrace with sitting furniture, a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom. In the basement, guests have at their disposal a tavern with a kitchen and an additional room with a billiard table and recreation equipment and a shower/toilet.
The villa is located near the highway. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.

Wir wurden vom Vermieter sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen. Er stand uns während des Aufenthalts stets zur Verfügung. Das Haus ist in einem hervorragendem Zustand und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können eine Buchung sehr empfehlen!
