About this villa rental
This beautiful Villa Pepe and Lynn on the Istrian west coast, deserves to be called special. The villa is an old stone house, which is transformed into a magical holiday villa. Its stone walls combined with modern interior design spread feelings of joy and warm welcome. The house can accommodate a maximum of six guests. It has two bedrooms with a double bed and one with two separate beds. One bathroom has a shower and one a bath tube. The kitchen and living area are spacious and well-equipped. What is also special is that the house is pet friendly and will accept a maximum of 2 pets charging no extra fee. Do not worry, the garden is completely fenced, so your pet may be safe, and privacy guaranteed. There is a gas BBQ with a seating area also. The villa is situated in the small city of Visnjan, 10 km from the beach and a bit more from bigger cities like Porec, Rovinj, and Novigrad. Do not think too much, let the Villa Pepe and Lynn surprises you.

Der Checking und Checkout verlief problemlos, auch wenn der Vermieter nur wenig Deutsch oder Englisch beherrscht.
Das Haus ist toll Geschmack-und liebevoll eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich wirklich wohl. Der Pool ist in Ordnung. Allerdings fehlt etwas Grün. Die Durchgangsstraße stört kaum.
Der Ort bietet alles für den täglichen Bedarf und Ausflugsziel lassen sich leicht und schnell erreichen. Die Gegend bietet für jeden etwas.
