The flat is a modernly equipped and with access to the pool, located in a residential area of Labinci, 7 km from the sea and 10 km from Porec.
In just 2-3 minutes by car you can find many useful facilities in Labinci and Katelir, from grocery shops (only 100 m from the house) to typical restaurants, cafes, rural households and wine roads. The nearest pebble beach, sports and recreational facilities can be found in the tourist town of Lanterna, 9 km away.
The flat is located in a fenced garden of 1300 square metres, where guests have a 32 square metre swimming pool with sun loungers, a children's playground, a covered terrace with seating, table football, darts, stepper and another terrace with dining table and barbecue at their private disposal.
The flat has a capacity of 6 people and a total internal area of 100 square metres. The larger accommodation unit consists of an air-conditioned living area with sitting area, dining table and equipped kitchen leading to the covered terrace, two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a separate toilet.
From here you can visit the town of Motovon and the fascinating Baredine stalactite cave.

Wer dieses Objekt gebucht hat, wird es sicher nie bereuen. In dieser Villa findet man wirklich alles vor. Die sanitären Anlagen sind grosszügig ausgelegt, jedes Zimmer hat sein eigenes Bad und WC. Die ganze Ausstattung ist grosszügig konzipiert, so dass sich alle Gäste rundum zufrieden fühlen können und sicher nichts vermissen. Das ganze Haus haben wir in einem super sauberen Zustand übernommen. Die Umgebung ist perfekt gepflegt, der Pool wird gereinigt. Vermisst haben wir nur eine Aussendusche am Pool, was jedoch in keiner Weise den hervorragenden Gesamteindruck beeinflussen würde. Das Besitzerpaar ist goldig. Freundlichkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft gehört bei ihnen zur Selbstverständlichkeit. Wir haben in Istrien leider auch schon Anderes erlebt. Dieses Haus können wir jedermann aufs Wärmste empfehlen.
