About this house rental
Summary:
Brand new summer of 2024! Try the newest Tiny house at Tiny House Siesta. Comfortably sleeps 4. Inside, you'll find a well-thought-out layout that often includes a small kitchen, a living area, a bathroom, and two sleeping areas. The interior design focuses on simplicity and efficiency, with natural light to create a sense of openness. No pets. Please see our other tiny houses for pet friendly accommodations.
The Space:
Enjoy your own tiny house while on vacation. The house is located in a tiny house park. Each house is equipped with a kitchenette, full bath and outdoor patio. You can also use our community center to hang out and play billiards or darts. Behind the community center, there is a large deck with lots of seating, fire pits, bar area and outdoor showers. No pets allowed.
Guest Access:
Self check-in at 3pm. Door code is emailed and texted 11am the day of arrival and activates at 3pm check-in time.
The Neighborhood:
Located right across the South bridge from Siesta Key. We are about a mile walk to beach access 12 and a 7 minute drive to the public beach area.
Getting Around:
While a car is convenient, you can get around without a car. Bike rentals are available on the key. You can also use Frog Hop to get to the beach and Siesta Key Village.
Other Things to Note:
Tiny houses have smaller water tanks than a normal house. We suggest taking short showers if your group plans to shower one after the other.
Interaction with Guests:
We are available thru messaging everyday until 9pm.

It was exactly as listed on here. No problems with the check in it was very smooth as well as the check out process. Location was AMAZING, we were able to walk just 10 minutes to a longhorn to eat dinner and right next to it there was a bar near the beach and we were able to go back to the property just by walking. Really calm the area and the tiny house is very comfortable.
