Back at the condo relax on the lanai or rejuvenate in the pool. If you prefer driving to the beach, a public access point with parking lot and sand volleyball courts is a short drive away. Explore the shopping on Siesta Key and browse over 150 stores including many unique boutiques, galleries, salons and specialty shops. When your shopping yields to hunger, indulge in the taste of Siesta Key’s wonderful selection of restaurants.
Downtown Sarasota is just a short drive away across the north island bridge where you will find world-renowned shopping, fine dining, and cultural attractions. It is also located within easy driving distance to Tampa (1hr) and Orlando (2hr) destinations. Public transportation is readily available for more distant exploration if you choose not to drive.
We supply beach chairs and have beach towels for you to use.
Our condo is fully furnished, spotless, newly updated throughout including new tile floors in the bedrooms, and with all the amenities of a comfortable home, two large bedrooms with full baths, a comfortable living room, dining area, TV/music entertainment center, and lanai. All necessary linens are provided and a full-sized washer and dryer are located in the pool area. Our fully equipped kitchen provides all the conveniences of home.

-Free use of washer/dryer in outside pool laundry room
-Community pool (not heated)
-No pets (sorry)
-Short walk to the beach
-Private condo 8 units on the complex
-This is a 2nd floor condo (no elevator)
-One reserved parking spot with additional guest parking available first come, first serve.
-All rates subject to 12% FL state/local tax.
-$300.00 refundable Security Deposit.
-Cancellation policy: 30 days prior to arrival full refund
Less than 30 days 50 % refund plus full damage deposit refunded
-One-time $100.00 housekeeping fee up to 7 nights.
-One-time $150.00 housekeeping fee up to 30 nights or more.

Keep in mind that this property is pet friendly. We're okay with that, but the amount of dog or cat black hair was excessive, and the scent of pets was noticeable. Everything else was good.
