As advertised, really enjoyed staying here. Plenty of everything that was needed, the host was responsive via text - would stay again.Accidentally left some clothes behind after packing up and checking out. They were very helpful in arranging a pickup for the left behind items - even offering to have a friend deliver them up to the Phoenix area.

Erica was an excellent host in all aspects of our stay including communication, answering questions and providing very useful info. She was very responsive to all of our needs in terms of using the property. It is clear and obvious that she works hard and takes great pride in her property. We could not have asked for anything more.
