This spacious modern (2010) 800 Sq.ft. Guest house has a full kitchen (Oven Range, D/W, M/W, Refrigerator, Keurig Coffee Maker), King size bed and large walk-in shower, Satellite T.V. and Wireless Internet. Washer and dryer. Site is conveniently located just minutes from Downtown,University of Arizona and all major Gem Show locations. One block to City bus. Located in a central Tucson neighborhood there are several restaurants within walking distance. Randolph Municipal Golf Course and Reid park Zoo are nearby.

You are missing out if you stay anywhere else. This is the closest to feeling at home and yet so relaxed. The owners are lovely.

Just wonderful! Close to The Loop for bicycling, national parks for hiking, a drive up Mt Lemmon and many restaurants. The property was as described, clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

I had a great time staying at this location. It was located close to many shops and restaurants. Driving to anything you wanted to see was easy to navigate from this location. The part that I really loved was I felt safe and secure. I was by myself and with this being located as a guest house in the back yard was the best. It was quiet and even though the pool was a little cool when I was there it was nice to sit and relax by it. I would definitely stay here again.
