Construction Update:
The resort has an ongoing WiFi infrastructure project through October 15, 2026. During this time, guests may experience intermittent TV service disruptions, as well as noise, dust, odors, and work crews.
Building 12 and 13 will be renovated from August 8th through October 30th, 2026. Expect noise and dust. Parking may be impacted.

Great location with a lot of places to eat in the neighborhood. Check in and communicate was easy.The room was very spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The space was clean, spacious and well-appointed. I was upgraded to a two bedroom suite which was unnecessary as I was the only person, but they didn't have a one bedroom. When I booked it, I didn't realize it was basically a full apartment with kitchen living room and dining room.
The king bed was amazingly comfortable and the pillows as well.
The decor is dated, but all was clean and comfortable.
The biggest knock I have was lack of soundproofing. I could hear every step the people above me took, and the first night there was a decent bit of noise outside. Thankfully it subsided by about 9:30. Also had issues with the TV. I believe the service was streaming and it was spotty the first night, but cleared up. The second night, there was so much pausing, that I didn't watch anything.

The room was very nice, comfortable, large and well apponted. We were to stay 4 nights but left early due to the guest above us. They acted like children running around. We were told they were adults ! They kept my wife up all night. The next morning she asked to leave. I went to the front desk to let them know about the noise and the Associate actually showed not compassion. Emotionless. I asked her title and she said Associate. 2 others listened in from kind of armlength. The conversation was civil. We didn't asked for anything and nothing was offered. No offer to move to another room. We decided to leave, wasnt worth moving all of our things for one more day BUT it would have helped to be offered something.
