We offer a discounted $55 BEACH SERVICE rental fee for reservations between Mar 15 - Oct 31. This includes two chairs and an umbrella for your entire stay. The Beach vendor charges $45/day rental so this potentially could save you more than $200 for a week stay. Let us know if you want to take advantage of the beach service.
NOTE: There is a $60 parking fee per vehicle that guests are responsible for in addition to the quoted price.

10-15 years ago this would have been an excellent property, but it is showing too much age now, with worn and outdated furniture, very soft, squishy and low sitting sofa, chair and master bed (did not use the bunk beds), bed was VERY lumpy, balcony looked like a junk pile with remnants of beach/balcony furniture, NO condiments of any kind. We had an issue the first night with parking, and when I wrote to the owner, his response was that it was an issue for the HOA, that he was "simply the unit owner".
