An upscale vacation paradise: 'TOES IN THE~~WATER~~.' This sunny and light-filled corner unit features three spacious bedrooms with THREE KING beds and three private baths, no tiny bunk rooms. The expansive windows face both the Gulf of Mexico and western exposure to showcase gorgeous sunsets and miles and miles of beachfront views.
This unit is on the *16TH* floor in the WEST tower (TOWER 2) which is BEACH FRONT - DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH (not across Front Beach Road) and is on the WEST OUTSIDE CORNER (looking at open beach and no other buildings). THE BEST LOCATION AT CALYPSO! We love this unit because of the fabulous panoramic unobstructed beach and ocean views with magnificent sunsets! - directly on the Gulf, miles of beaches, sunsets, the new pier, Pier Park, and even the Frank Brown ball fields. There is no pool, or street noise.... Very quiet! Best of all -- you don't have to deal with those pesky flying insects!
Quality appointments throughout including granite countertops in the kitchen, wet bar, and all bathrooms. There's a separate laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer. Recent upgrades include ENTIRE MASTER BEDROOM, art, new sleeper sofa, new living room chairs, SMART TVs in ALL BEDROOMS and living area, and FREE WI-FI in all rooms. Streaming apps available on all TVs! We have also added balcony furniture which features six heavy-duty, Polywood balcony height chairs, and tables - this allows you to see over the balcony railing for even more spectacular views. The dining area comfortably seats five with five bar stools at the breakfast bar, and has extra chairs in the closets!
The Primary bedroom suite features a king-size bed, sliding doorway to the balcony, television, large bathroom with walk-in closet, oversized soaking tub, separate shower, and private water closet.
Bedroom #2 (almost a second master) features a King bed, wonderful Western exposure/ocean views, television, and connecting private bath with walk-in shower.
Bedroom #3 includes a King bed, television, and another connecting, full private bath with tub/shower.
There is also a Queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room.

Hook'd restaurant is another favorite for a casual lunch or dinner overlooking the beach - and a two minute walk!
We also provide FREE BEACH SERVICE FOR FOUR GUESTS. That's 2 SETS of lounge chairs, with connecting table, and umbrella - a $560 value! (Avail. 3/1 - 10/31. Contracted through 2026) Reserve your chairs once at the beginning of your vacation, from the nice staff, located just at the bottom of the steps to the beach.
Sit back and enjoy those fabulous sunsets! We also have stocked the condo with boogie board and sand toys. Note: Beach Service lounge cushions and umbrellas are picked up between 4:30 - 5:00 p.m. Many like to end their beach day up on our balcony with their favorite beverage in hand. It's your vacation - relax your way.
You're renting directly from the owner and avoid long lines to check in after a long travel day. Park your car, go directly to your units and RELAX! We encourage our renters to contact us with any questions or needs to ensure a wonderful, relaxing, stress-free vacation experience. We want this to be one of your best vacations - EVER!

-Singles under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or a legal guardian who must stay in the unit with them.
- Guest Registration at Calypso is $60 and includes parking for 1 vehicle (one time fee valid throughout your stay). This is paid to the HOA. Parking is in a gated garage connected by a breezeway on the 3rd floor. We can add a second pass for $60. We are limited to 2 passes, but if you need 3, please let us know. We also have a PREMIER, RESERVED SPOT available in the PRIVATE garage UNDER THE BUILDING for an additional fee. *Ask us about pricing!*
- This condo has a maximum occupancy of eight (8) guests per the Fire Marshall.
- There is a video doorbell on the front door of this property. It only captures video outside the residence, but we do reserve the right to count the number of guests staying in the unit. Please do not take the luggage carts inside the unit as they can damage the walls.

Property was just as described on VRBO, beautifully decorated, located on west side of complex with beautiful views of ocean and the Pier. The owner was super easy to communicate with and provided all information needed for check-in and check out process which was smooth and easy. In regard to parking we purchased private parking directly under the building which we thought would make transporting luggage and getting in and out of complex through the week much easier. We ended parking in the garage across the street because of the small parking space under the building. We were in a SUV and getting in the parking space was a task. After getting in i could barely get open door enough to get out of vehicle. The space would work for a small to mid size vehicle but not SUV or larger vehicle. We did not have any issues using parking garage across street. Overall our trip was a 10 and we highly recommend this property.

Rachel is an amazing host. Very easy to work with. Responds quickly with answers to all questions. Condo is immaculate and exactly how pictured. Balcony morning coffee and end of day sunsets were perfect beginning/ending. Beach chaises with umbrella, along with beach service, huge bonus! All furniture very comfortable! Location is spot on with shopping/ restaurants . Highly recommend calling this location home during your stay at PCB!!!
