Multi-age family that included kids and teens all had a great time at this property. Property manager Danielle was extremely responsive and helpful, and quickly resolved a problem with the hot tub and answered other questions promptly. It is a quick drive to the beach, grocery store in walking distance and easy access to 405 and Disneyland (30 minutes). Kids all gave it a thumbs up and would stay again.

House was in a good location. Close to lots of stuff. We had issues with the pool staying heated and the property manager would turn it up each time but it just didn't stay warm the whole time. They were very helpful and accommodating with this though. overall had a great time.

This house nicely accommodated our family of 7 for 10 days. We will definitely return! It is conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, movies, attractions and the beach. Danielle was so nice to work with! She decorated the house for Christmas! It was such a nice surprise! We had a problem with the kitchen faucet and she was there the next morning with a plumber to replace it. The sofas and beds were very comfortable. And the kitchen had everything we needed. The grill worked great, as well as the fire pit on the front porch.

The house is lovely, with lots of space for everyone. The patio area and pool & hot tub were well-used by everyone. It was a good location, easy drive to down town Huntington Beach and the beach. The house backs up to kind of a busy street, but we hardly noticed. I highly recommend.

Our family of 8 stayed here very comfortably during Thanksgiving week. We especially enjoyed the front enclosed patio and the amenities of the pool, Hot Tub and Gas fireplace in the backyard . Thank you to Danielle who had a homemade pumpkin cheesecake delivered on Thanksgiving.

Happy with our stay. Kitchen had everything needed to cook meals. Everyone loved how comfortable the beds were. Plenty of extra towels for baths and the pool. We used the hot tub each night after our long days and Disneyland and Universal. The house is located close to the beach, which we really enjoyed. Plenty of good places to eat as well. Outdoor fireplace was nice to relax to each night.

This house was in a great location. It was very clean and spacious. Everything worked as expected. Every little amenity that you needed was provided. I let the owner know that my brother-in-law sat in one of the plastic chairs outside and accidentally broke it. He got a tiny, scratch on his back from it. I apologized to her for breaking the chair while she brought over donuts to apologize for him getting scratched. Totally above and beyond

This worked out perfect for our family. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Since we spent most of our days visiting parks, we only had one rest day at the house. We all would have loved to have had more time to enjoy the pool. The hot tub was great to soak in after long days at Disneyland.

This property is the perfect location from all the local attractions. The community is safe and welcoming. The property is great for a family getaway. Danielle is a superb host, having left our family a gift for the 4th of July that kids absolutely loved … Krispy Kreme doughnuts with the red, white and blue theme. We enjoyed them while watching the local community bring the neighborhood alive with fire crackers.

You could not pick a better place to stay! The place is gorgeous! You need nothing - from enough towels to all the right tools for cooking, grilling, or baking to get the job done. The owner is wonderful and incredibly accessible. The front entrance way is gorgeous and beautiful. A seating area for a meal. Great to take a family photo. We were all very happy! Thank you for all the added touches including a mirror to put on your make up! I felt like I was at home. I would stay here again and highly recommend this heavenly place. The pool was perfect!!

This home was very well stocked with the essentials you come to expect. Very clean. Easy check in process. Beds and linens were great! The only slight issue is that it does back up to a fairly busy road. You can hear it when in the back by the pool but inside the home is very quiet. Pool and jacuzzi very easy to heat and use. Outside fireplace is awesome. We would stay here again.

When we arrived the inviting courtyard greeted us with a Halloween decoration and a warm feeling. Entering the house showed of a clean and well equipped Kitchen. The Bedrooms were comfortable. Then we went to the pool and spa, fantastic. There was a seating area under a covered Gazebo. It was warmed by a gas fireplace making the ambiance great. The use of pool and spa could not have been easier. Very nice refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. Very nice Washer and Dryer as well. If there was a quibble would be the instructions for the TV's. We could not not get the bedrooms to log into our Netflix accounts. That said, we did not spend a lot of time in the house. We also did not contact the owners about instructions, so some of the not working part was on us as well. The interior of the house with the Crown Moulding was first class. In Summary this was an excellent home from which to go to out to Disneyland, the Ocean, the Wedding in Santa Ana and close to food and shopping. Great stay, two thumbs up

This was the perfect place for our getaway! Plenty of space in side or relaxing by the pool. We used the kitchen a lot and it had everything we needed. Comfy beds and easy access throughout. My husband is disabled and was able to move around very freely throughout the house. We will definitely be back again.
