The Space:
Spacious apartment on the top floor of the tower, on the 5th floor with elevator access, featuring a fully equipped kitchen for up to 12 people, perfect for enjoying a culinary adventure on your Vallarta vacation.

Twin trundle bed, full bathroom
Bedroom 2:
King bed, twin trundle bed, full bathroom
Bedroom 3:
King bed, full bathroom
Bedroom 4:
Two queen beds, full bathroom
Round dining area with 6 chairs, large sofa, and terrace dining for another 6 people with magnificent ocean views.
The condo features 5 pools of all sizes, sun lounger areas, covered palapas, a private beach, tennis courts, a gym, mini golf, table tennis, and a soccer field.
There's only one assigned parking space per apartment.

Aquaventuras Park is 4.78 mi from the accommodation, and Puerto Vallarta Convention Center is 8.7 mi away. The airport (Lic. Gustavo Díaz Ordaz Airport) is 7.46 mi away.
Other Things to Note:
●Maximum occupancy: 12 people
●No guests allowed
●No pets allowed
●A copy of a valid ID and a signed rental agreement will be required to access the property
●No smoking allowed
●Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m., check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
●No noise is allowed after 11:00 p.m.
●We kindly request that guests abide by the property rules. Failure to comply with these policies is grounds for eviction and/or fines that vary according to these rules. Please contact us if you have any questions. Damaged/lost access cards and/or keys are charged at $45 USD
