About this apartment rental

Spectacular 2-floor Penthouse facing the sea (almost 700 meters of construction) with unique views from Punta Mita to Puerto Vallarta.

The private pool on the top floor of more than 10 meters long in the "roof garden" makes us without a doubt the best option if you want privacy and there are no schedules to use the pools and common areas (enjoy as long as you want).

The entire apartment It is surrounded by a terrace that allows 360-degree views and hosts outdoor breakfasts and dinners.

Pablo was super helpful during the check in process. Facility felt safe. The PH is nice and spacious. Perfect, quiet location on the beach. Some tips: 1. 100 kwh per night basically covers lights, refrigerator, and water heater. The pool pump runs constantly and you will be charged for that and any AC you use. There are splits in the rooms, but their efficiency will run you about $60 USD per night if you want to turn on the AC. 2. Private pool is a nice amenity, but can only be used early in the morning and it heats up very quickly. The deck boards are rotted in some spots and can cause injury. 3. If you plan to grill, you will need a full bag of charcoal and lighter fluid. Note: the only place in town with fluid is Walmart. You can get charcoal anywhere. 4. Steer away from using the gas stove top. Gas leaks and the pressure is low. 5. I was asked by another representative the day before check in to pay another $400 up front for damage deposit. I refused as that was not part of the listing. My advice, screen shot the listing when you book as it is listed multiple places and the listings are different. All in all, we loved the place and would stay again. I recommend it, but expect to pay more than your booking.

This penthouse is even more amazing than the photos! Very spacious with stunning 360-degree views, relaxing indoor/outdoor living, a scenic & clean beach, a vigilant & helpful security team, OUR OWN POOL on the roof! Every day we were faced with such difficult choices... sunbathe on the roof while reading a book in the pool, take a dip in the heated pool downstairs, or sit by the ocean under a palapa with our feet in the sand. Honestly, I've never stayed anywhere so deluxe. Neighborhood is very nice. 5-10 minute taxi ride to a big, fancy grocery store. Pablo was fantastic! Very responsive to any question, plus he's friendly and fun. We had a vacation that our family will always remember! Perfecto!

The view and location are incredible. The condo it self is in need of repair. Door handles falling off, sink plugged, garburator broken. We were there for 3 weeks, there was 6 of us. We had no facecloths, only 1 hand towel, no dish towels/teatowels. There were 2 wine glasses, 1 glass high ball glass and a couple other glass drinking glasses. There were lots of dishes, pots and pans. There was no hand soap or shampoo. The dishwasher was broken and smelled bad. But the worst part was that when we arrived the property manager said it was double booked and put us in a condo in the parking lot for 5 days-which rents out for about 1/3 the cost of the condo we paid for. We received NO compensation for those 5 missing days (which was about 2000 USD)-we did get a little comp pool heat I think-but the pool heat didnt work for part of the trip. This was my worst vrbo/air b&b experience. When the owner contacted us to say we owed for pool heat-I said the property manager told us we could have free pool heat plus other things....the owner appeared not to know about the double booking. My guess is the property manager rented it-pocketed the money and stuck us in the place in the parking lot for 5 days. But the owner never offered to give us our money back for those 5 days we paid for...
