About this house rental
Ideally located in the city center, Rue Diderot, close to all amenities (restaurants, bars, grocery stores, bakeries, pharmacies, Supermarket open 7 days a week, etc...) PGJyPg
Let yourself be tempted by a stay in our newly renovated and carefully furnished accommodation, with a veranda and terrace at the back, which gives you access to a pretty little private and enclosed garden.
Charges: 8 kWh/day of electricity Free (meter reading on arrival and departure). The surplus is to be paid to the owner: actual billing according to consumption (meter reading).
Gîte on three levels, with on the first floor the kitchen, dining room, living room and toilet. You will access the veranda and the garden through the living room.
On the second floor, children will be welcomed in a bedroom with three 90 beds and adults will be on the same landing in a bedroom with a 140 bed. Bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.
On the third floor, a second bedroom with a 140 bed.
Free parking nearby (2min)
Private party prohibited. Noise pollution prohibited after 10:00 pm.

We only had two nights in this beautiful apartment and wished we had had more time. The rooms are extremely spacious and the kitchen is well equipped, to be honest the photos don't really do it justice. We were there i the middle of a heatwave so we didn't get to use the outside space, but there is a good fan i the master bedroom. The town centre location meant it was quite noisy to have our bedroom windows open, particularly since France had just won a World Cup game. However, the location is a big positive: the entire town centre right outside your door with plenty of restaurants and bars. Public parking is outside the city walls but only a 4 minute walk away and there isa free funicular tram which takes you up and down on demand. Julien gave us all the information we needed and we would love to return at some point.

We had a wonderful time in the beautiful city of Langres. The lovely, spacious apartment has a lot of charm and is located in the lively center, ideal for visiting the city. And thank you, Julian, for your wonderful hospitality!
