With three floors, 4 master suites, 5 bathrooms, a moss-rock wood-burning fireplace, gas grill, laundry facilities, two well-equipped kitchens, two decks, and 2 TVs, this spacious home offers all the comforts and amenities needed for a perfect winter park mountain getaway.
This exceptional Colorado home sleeps 12 and has a wonderful mountain cabin feel. It is five miles from the base of Winter Park Ski Resort, this Fraser Colorado home provides easy access to enjoy all the area has to offer. Located on a secluded, wooded acre with great views of the continental divide, deer, elk, and even moose are often seen browsing through this mountain property.
The open floor plan, large windows, vaulted ceilings, and a spacious living room create a bright and warm living space. Sleeping arrangements include two master bedroom suites with king-size beds, one master bedroom suite with a queen-size bed, one bedroom master suite with a queen-size bed, one room with three sets of bunk beds (2 Twin bunk beds and 1 captain's bunk bed with a full-size on the bottom and twin on top).
There are also two living areas, plenty of beds and extras like flannel sheets for winter stays, cozy bedding, and a large rustic pine dining table large enough to seat a crowd, make your stay truly extraordinary - one of the best values in up-scale winter park Accommodations.

A pass to Club Meadow Ridge is included for up to 8 guests at one time only. Guests also have access to Club Meadow Ridge. The Clubhouse pass will allow a maximum of 8 people at one time to use the Clubhouse. The Clubhouse offers an outdoor heated pool and hot tub, workout facilities, sauna, locker room, coin operated laundry, racquetball courts and tennis courts in the summer.
Clubhouse amenities: Due to regulations set in place by the local health department, local government or HOA policies, not all facilities at properties may be available for guest use. There may also be times when clubhouse facilities are closed due to maintenance services. Please refer to your specific vacation rental information. All clubhouse amenities are provided to guest complimentary and therefore there will be NO refunds when these facilities are closed or unavailable during a guest's stay.
NO SMOKING ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to smoke. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they smoke on the property.
