Affordable, beautifully decorated and directly on the Gulf of Mexico! Come experience panoramic gulf front views from this charming 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath vacation condo located in the heart of Perdido Key.
The open layout provides a spacious living room with a plush couch/loveseat combo and flat-screen television with a DVD player. Cable TV and WiFi are included. Bedding Master King and 2 Bunk beds. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open to the gulf-front covered balcony terrace. An outdoor table with seating allows you to sip your morning coffee or savor your favorite glass of wine while enjoying the calming sound of the surf and watching the waves! The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you could need to prepare a wonderful meal including updated appliances, dishwasher, cookware, granite counters, a stainless double-sided sink, and bar height pass-through with seating. There is a separate dining area table that seats four. The master bedroom suite is the perfect retreat including a king-sized bed with soft bedding and a flat-screen television. The 3-drawer dresser and two nightstands provide ample storage for folded clothing items. The attached master bath includes a large vanity with a plethora of counter space and a separate room for a toilet and bath. There is a washer/dryer combo in the unit.
In addition, you have unlimited access to the upscale amenities offered by the complex itself. The common areas have been totally updated and include large indoor and outdoor pools, a large hot tub, a lawn area with seating and BBQ grills, and two boardwalks that lead over the dunes to 200 feet of white sandy beachfront and glistening emerald waters!

The place is nice and was clean for the most part. There was dog hair on the living room rug (all over our socks) and one end of the couch. I spoke with the owner regarding lights in the hallway out/flickering. The response was to turn on and off the switch. Eventually the flickering light went out, so now there are two of four lights out. The TV in the living room worked the first night and then quit working/remote problem. Spoke with owner about it, but he ignored my text when I advised it still did not work. The TV in the bedroom worked fine, so it wasn't that we didn't know how to use it. The ice maker leaks water and freezes the ice cubes in the bin in a giant cube of ice. It was off when we arrived, so I turned it on. On morning three I discovered the problem and turned it back off.

My husband, our 2 boys (1 yr & 11 yr) and myself booked this condo for our yearly family vacay and had the best time! Condo was great, the beach was amazing and we love the area! This was our second time in Perdido Key. Condo owner is a great guy and super easy to get ahold of for any questions or concerns. We will definitely be back! In the mean time I’ll be dreaming of the blue waters and pretty sunsets!

Our only complaint was that neither of the TVs worked...no signal on either one. We were only there a week, so it was not a deal breaker. Other than that, the condo was very nicely furnished, easy beach access, great location.
