This is our 3rd time staying in this unit and it works extraordinarily well for our group. The property is excellent and very low key which we enjoy. Condo is across the street from a lovely public beach. Admittedly, in order to get to the beach, you need to cross a very busy main drag, but there is crosswalk. My kiddos are teenagers and didn't have issues, but if you have littles, you will need to use caution.
We spend a significant portion of our vacations on the balcony just taking in the magnificent view and enjoying the property pools / tennis courts. We cook the majority of our meals at the condo and kitchen is great (although if you are a foodie, bring your own knife, pepper mill, and corkscrew ;-).
We love the fact that the location is convenient to get to all the excitement of Gulf Shores, the marvelous Museum of Naval Aviation, and just a 30 - 40 minute drive to reach historic Pensacola. If you enjoy middle eastern food, do yourself a favor and visit Taste of Jerusalem in Pensacola!
While this is a lovely unit - very good layout and furnishings for a group of six (3 adults and 3 teens), there are a few maintenance items which should probably get addressed soon (i.e. master bedroom ceiling fan needs to be balanced, linens are beginning to show their age, and you are - horror of horrors - only able to access cable on those rainy days). That being said, this is our happy place and we can't wait to visit again next year!

This condo was amazing! It was clean, decorated nicely and suited our family of 6 quite perfectly.
We absolutely LOVED the location...the sunsets over the bay side made for peaceful and beautiful evenings while we were there. It was also very easy to get to any of the places we had planned to visit and the walk to the beach was easy and short!
We had one small issue with the hot water while we were there and the condo management team and the owner could not have handled it any more quickly, efficiently and professionally, so that in and of itself made me know that I would rent this place again for years to come.
It's going to be hard to talk me out of not making it an annual trip for me and my family!

First would I stay here again - maybe.
Pros: Location was great, on the quiet side, property is last in Perdido before you get to the dunes that separate it from Orange Beach. Condo balcony faces NAS Pensacola so got to see the Blue Angels practicing twice, plus enjoyed them flying over directly 3 times in one day. Pool is convenient and decent for family to just hang (max depth 4.5 ft). Kitchen is well stocked and we enjoyed cooking in. Had to cross a street to get to the beach, but very short walk to one of the quieter beaches. Condo is spacious 3 bdrm and 3 full baths is definitely a plus.
Cons: One room was not cleaned properly and we found sandy and stained sheets on the bed. Was unable to contact owner that evening, but found some extra sheets in drawers and resolve ourselves. Owner and Cleaning contact were very apologetic about sheets, but still left a bad start to the trip. The rest of the linen were worn but clean. We had one toilet down for half of the trip. Owner advised of Microwave was down the day before we arrived. No microwave wasn't huge to us, but having to interrupt our trip for 3 visits from the repair man, and 1 from the plumber was definitely less than ideal. Owner referred us to Evolve, who then told us they assigned a review specialist (no contact from the specialist 6 days later).
