With the open floor plan throughout, Trailhead features two spacious living rooms, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Enjoy the large dining table with extra dining on the back patio. Gather friends and family around in the main level living area where you can enjoy the 65-inch SMART TV. You will also enjoy on the main level the King Master Suite as will as an addition queen en-suite.
The back patio features a dining table, BBQ, fire pit and private hot tub. The back yard is fenced in with grass area to enjoy.
The second floor features the second living room with comfy couches, game table, games and 65-inch SMART TV. There are 3 additional bedrooms two which are master suites. Bedroom 3 features a king and flat screen tv. Bedroom 4 is a king en-suite and bedroom 5 features two twin over queen bunks that were especially built for comfort. Each bedroom has a flat screen SMART TV.
This home is the perfect spot for mountain bikers and outdoor lovers of Southern Utah. This beautiful Southern Utah Vacation Home is located near all the Southern Utah attractions. Zion National Park is only 32 miles, Sand Hollow and Quail Lake State park is only 5 minutes, downtown St. George only 10 minutes away. You can even pedal right from your garage to endless mountain biking trails such as Prospector Church Rocks Loop. The J.E.M, Gooseberry Mesa, More Cowbell, and Little Creek Mountain are also nearby. You will have easy access to bike and hiking trails, shopping, dining and an abundance of other activities to make it the best vacation experience.

5. Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees.
6. Pet must not cause damage to premises or furnishings. If damages are caused, the cost of the damage may be deducted from your credit card in addition to a $500 fine. {reservations.first_name}
8. Guests should prevent pets from producing excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors.
9. Pet will not be left unattended for an undue length of time, either indoors or out. Pet will not be left unattended on the balcony, patio, or porch.
10. Homeowner & Management assumes no responsibility for illness or injury that may incur to pets or humans while on the premises.
The Guest shall be solely responsible for the pet while on the property. We are happy to refer your pet to wonderful doggy daycare in the area if you would like.

The unit was well equipped and clean. One of the best prepared VRBO stays we've had. Everything you could need in the kitchen, tasteful decor, plenty of electronic/USB plugs.

Excellent. Well stocked. Nice layout of home. Loved yard with fireplace and hot tub. Excellent property manager. Pool was cold, if I had notified property manager sooner I'm sure it would have been taken care of.

We use rental homes a lot for our vacations and this home was one of the best. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was the best stocked of every home we have rented. The location was convenient and the walking trail was close and beautiful. The pool is very close. The hot tub was maintained several times during our stay. The area was quiet and the backyard was perfect for visiting and for our dog. We make an annual visit to St. George and we will be staying here again.

Great place to stay. Kitchen was very well equipped, including spices, and the best of the VRBOs we have visited. It was also nice to have an extra refrigerator in the garage. Back yard had great living spaces and a nice sheltered table for early morning coffee and meals. Brandy the host was very responsive to questions.
The VRBO map pinpointed the property in a secluded area on the west side of I-15 but the property was in a very residential area on the east side of I-15. Very nice residential area close to most amenities. I'd stay there again if in the area.
