This beautifully appointed three-bedroom, three-bath tri-level townhouse combines relaxed island elegance with all the comforts of home. With spacious living areas, inviting furnishings, and spectacular ocean and pool views, there's plenty of room for family and friends to gather, unwind, and create lasting vacation memories.
The second-floor main living area welcomes you with plush leather furnishings and a comfortable atmosphere. Gather the family for a movie on the 50-inch television, or pull up a chair at the game table for a lively round of checkers or cards. The custom-designed kitchen is as beautiful as it is functional, featuring striking granite countertops, rich wood cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. The boat is available with a licensed captain only and is offered exclusively to guests renting Townhouse 405. Advance reservations are required, and the boat rental is separate from your townhouse reservation. The townhome itself and the host were fantastic. The management company was somewhat abrasive, a bit cheap and not quick to resolve an issue. One hot tub was not in service, which wasn't disclosed. This left the remaining hot tub packed. There are 3 grills on property and none of them worked. We made a stay at home dinner night specifically for grilling fresh catch and steaks. The paper products and dishwashing detergent is not nearly enough for 8 people and poor quality. We did enjoy the pool music and the grounds were kept clean. There also seems to be a plumbing issue. We had two toilets clog with very little paper product used and only a liquid visit. Overall we enjoyed our stay but not enough to book with Barefoot again.

The property was clean, comfortable and extremely safe. The pool was wonderful poolside restrooms were convenient and clean. Security was responsive and made the gated entrance easy to use. Gorgeous views.Check in process was a bit tedious having to go to the physical office. Checkout was a breeze.
