If renting half of the home, the other half will be inaccessible but will remain unoccupied for the duration of your stay. If the 12k boat lift is needed there is a lift fee of $1,200/mo.

Upon arrival the pool was cloudy and dirty it took six days for pool service to come, pool service never came the last week of our stay. Barbecue grill is pretty disgusting . Air filter in hvac unit hasn’t been changed in quite some time it had more fur on it than a small dog . Not worth the high price they charge for this particular home
