About this apartment rental
This is a 1 bedroom 2 bath condo located on the 4th floor of the Zenith building in Zona Romantica.
The kitchen sports designer granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. If you like to cook you'll find pots, pans, utensils... Everything you need with space to seat 4 adults at the dining table inside or al fresco on the patio.
The living area is outfitted with a comfortable sectional couch and a Smart TV pre-loaded and logged into Netflix and other entertainment applications. The bed in the bedroom is king size.
Security
Gated building with surveillance cameras and security officers onsite 24/7. Very safe building in a safe neighborhood.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to the condo and the building's common areas. Guest's visitors are welcome to visit inside the condo, but access to the common areas is restricted to guests with a current reservation only.
NOTE: You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may result in a fine of $2,000 Mexican Pesos or more.
- The lobby and common pool areas including the pool and Jacuzzi are open from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- The gym is open from 7 am to 10 pm. (It is mandatory to bring your own towel)

The Neighborhood
The Zenith building is located in the Romantic Zone, AKA Old Town. This is the most happening part of Vallarta and is overflowing with shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Basilio Badillo is known for having some of the best restaurants in PV and is only one block south of Zenith.
The beach is also a short walk, just more than 2 blocks west of Zenith. You'll find several restaurants and bars located on the beach as well as a handful of activities to engage in including: parasailing, jet skiing, banana boat, flyboarding, etc.
Getting Around
You do not need a car to experience downtown Puerto Vallarta. This building is walking distance to everything you need with no hills to walk down or climb up. If you'd like to get out of town, taxis and buses are readily available and affordable.
Other Things to Note
Visitor’s policy: Renters are allowed to receive up to 2 visitors per day. They must be registered at least 1 hr. in advance. Each visitor must leave an ID at the front desk for time they are in the building. Visitor hours are from 9 am and they cannot stay past 12:00 a.m. They do not have access to the common areas (pool, gym, etc.). at any time.
Weekly maid service is included for rentals of 7 nights or more. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them.
There are new condo developments in progress around town and they may contribute noise and/or dust to the neighborhood. At the moment, there are no disturbances at the condo due to construction but be advised that could change. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.

The good: perfect location, nice staff, great rooftop pool, easy check in and out, 2 bathrooms, decent bed, washer and dryer in unit, filtered water throughout the apartment that was safe to drink.The not so great: The interior design was an afterthought. The place was too expensive to have half of a sectional and a futon that were both very uncomfortable as the only place to sit. The internet was slow and dropped in and out, and it didn’t work in the bedroom at all.If the living room furniture and the WiFi were improved the place would be perfect.

This condo is nice and in a good area of town to walk to restaurants and the beach. We did not have hot water the first 3 days, but they did get that fixed. The bed was very comfortable, the unit was very clean, nice granite countertops, large shower, and balcony. There is no antenna or cable tv channels, but it is a smart tv so you can sign onto your personal accounts to stream content.
Pool was clean and nice. Was nice to have washer and dryer. Unit had nice big pool towels.

We were very happy with the location and amenities of the property but there is a severe Pigeon problem. Our deck was unusable without a daily cleaning. Therefore we choose not to use it. We felt the cleaning supplies to remove the Pigeon poop should be different than to clean the household.
