This exceptional corner unit two-bedroom home at Loft 268 redefines the art of luxury living. Attention to the details can be seen throughout the custom designer home, including custom built furniture, Murphy bed and custom kitchen backsplash. The open space layout of unit 404 offers one of the largest covered wrap-around covered terrace in the building, ideal for entertaining family and friends, with a peekaboo view the Pacific Ocean at the end of the road. Guests can enjoy the innovative rooftop area, featuring a large infinity edge pool with waterfall, fitness room, covered and open lounge and sunning areas, and an air-conditioned rooftop sky bar.With a second bedroom of the living room this space features a queen bed with connected ensuite, or work from home with a view!.
Other things to Note:
The Pool is heated from Nov - April, outside those months the sun does a great job in heating it to a great temperature.
** The Loft 268 Building closes its pool deck on a weekly cleaning schedule every Wednesday during the day until 4pm, this is to do their weekly deep clean and maintenance, at this time only the gym and multipurpose room on the roof deck are available.
Outside guests are allowed to visit between 10 am and 10 pm. Must register with the concierge. Building amenities accessible to registered guest.
**Smoking Prohibited*** Please note that The State of Jalisco now has a law against smoking in close proximity to others, this also applies for vaping and electronic cigarettes. This home including all parts of the building, terraces and balconies are none smoking. The state and HOA will impose fines for any violations. Thanks for your understanding.
*As per the new building regulations, all visitors and renters are required to wear a bracelet throughout their stay. This policy is implemented for safety and compliance purposes.

This is a really nice apartment. Great kitchen, patio and bedroom. It has a nice washer/dryer combo, the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. It’s on a busy street so a little noisy. Great pool with a bar. Water is heated and lots of room. Watch out for the building’s pool patrol. This guy kept harassing the guest who turned their chair around toward the sun. Also UV protected shirts are not allowed in the pool.
