About this house rental
Luxury abounds in this lovely home on the north end of Anna Maria. Every inch of this home was built in a well thought out manor with elegance and comfort in mind. This magnificent and sprawling estate has five bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and a bonus room children to congregate and play games. The bonus room is equipped with full beds and bunks. All other bedrooms have King size beds. The home is three stories with an elevator that goes to all floors, except for the roof top deck.
The ground level will grab your attention with the spacious under roof, open air gathering area. This area has plenty of comfortable seating by the gas fireplace, an eight seat dining table, large flat screen TV, putting green and completed with an amazing pool and hot tub.
Moving to the second floor, you will immediately be enchanted by the gorgeous views of the Tampa Bay and Sunshine Skyway. The spacious and comfortable semi-circular sofa gathers around the gas fire place and large flat screen TV. Then feast your eyes on the gourmet kitchen for even the most discerning chef in the family. While the Chef is making your fresh catch or favorite meal you can sit at the kitchen island, dining table or open air sun deck with the amazing blue/green waters that Anna Maria Island is famous for. There are also two bedrooms on the second floor each with its own bathroom.
The third floor, like the second floor can be accessed by the stairs or the elevator. The second and third floors are separately cooled and the stairwell upstairs is glassed in with a door leading to the stairs.
Once upstairs you will be introduced to the next bedroom, Master suite and bonus bunk room. Each bedroom has its own bath and king size beds. We were in town for spring break and the house and property are stunning. The pool and hot tub do not heat together- only one at a time and it takes a few hours for the hot tub to get heated so start it up early on arrival. There is waterfront across the street and traditional “beach front” several blocks on the other side. If you want to hang out “at the beach” rent a cart. Lots of things in a walkable distance. The traffic is congested so plan to stay put once you are on the island if possible. The check in process involves a stop along the way in at their office as opposed to everything being on property. Overall great experience, these were just things we encountered that might be helpful to know :)

Outstanding property. 7 adults and a 10 month old for a week had plenty of room to spend together and our own private retreats for bedtime. From the furnishings to the high end appliances this property did not disappoint. Great location on the island. Highly recommend!

This is an amazing home right across from the beach! We loved the architectural design and the floor to ceiling windows. This home is beautifully decorated and many places to hang out and socialize. The house was impeccably clean and incredibly spacious. The kitchen is definitely a chefs dream! The kitchen is stocked with everything that you need. The pool was perfect for gathering after spending the day at the beach! It gives plenty of shade to give you a break from the sun. The beach towels were plentiful and so helpful. The beds were very comfy and the linens were great! In the garage you will find sand toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and a beach wagon. The rental company was great to work with and very responsive. Highly recommend this Vacation home!
