Guest will be ASSIGNED ONE parking spot for a personal ( commercial vehicles, RVs, boats will not be allowed) vehicle with your VRBO reservation to park your vehicle on the property. You will need to share the license plate of your vehicle you will be arriving in once you book so we can inform our HOA to allow that vehicle to be parked during the length of your booked stay. Vehicles left in parking outside the booked time windows will be subject to towing enforcement. ***
BEFORE BOOKING, READ THIS IMPORTANT NOTE: We can safely accommodate MAX 2 adults + 2 Kids. Your party can have a Maximum of 2 Adults (adults are individuals older than 18 years of age) and a Maximum of 2 Kids (kids are individuals less than 18 years of age) during the entire length of the stay. This condition is listed in our rental agreement that you agree to when you book with us. If your party has more than 2 Adults, please do not book with us as it will be considered a breach of agreement.

You’ll love our condo because of proximity to the beach, restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Our place is good for families (with kids), couples and business travelers.

Our one bed one bath condo is clean, elegant, spacious & tastefully furnished. Condo has a fully stocked kitchen with full-size appliances, living room with sofa bed, high-speed internet & cable TV, a relaxing bedroom with very comfortable memory foam mattress. The complex is updated and well-kept.
The living room and bedroom each have access to the spacious bathroom, ideal for small group of 4. The kitchen opens to the living room for an open concept and easy conversation. The kitchen is equipped with all the cooking essentials for those who wish to enjoy meals at home.

Shower could use an update. Location is perfect, no coffee, but there was a coffee machine.

Our stay was very nice. I appreciated Sonia’s communications with me and her making an effort to accommodate us when we desire to make a change, although we did not.The only reason I didn’t get five star is due to the wear and tear dislike of the bathtub and tile.

This location on SPI, for the most part is excellent for beach access just a short walk away and for the amenities available. However, what the host does not tell you, is there is a bar directly behind the unit's only bedroom that plays live music until 10 - 10:30 each night. That's probably okay for the party person, but if you're used to going to bed early because you're a morning person, it presents a problem sleeping. Additionally, the hot water for bathing and showering is limited to an on demand tankless system that often leaves you with Luke warm shower and hand sink water. Forget taking a bath. You had to let it run for an inordinate amount of time. Lastly, Sonia, our manager in reporting our hot water problem only communicated by email and appeared defensive and argumentative. "Not Good," when you're the customer.
