Welcome to Greenway Getaway! Enjoy a newly renovated and well equipped home just 2 miles off I-49. We are located in a prime area of NWA where you can be just about anywhere in no more than 20 minutes: Pinnacle Promenade, Top Golf, Wal-Mart AMP, Bentonville Biking, Crystal Bridges, Wal-Mart Home Office, JB Hunt, Tyson, XNA and more! Access the Razorback Greenway about 400ft from the house! Retreat back at the house for cozy accommodations and a relaxing stay.
BEDROOM 1: Queen Bed, smart TV, dresser, vaulted ceilings, en-suite full bath & large walk in closet.
BEDROOM 2: Queen Bed, smart TV, dresser & large closet.
BEDROOM 3: Two Twin Beds, smart TV & large closet.
Bedroom 2 & 3 share full bathroom #2 with access from the adjoining hallway
LIVING: Smart TV to stream from your own accounts, couch, loveseat, designated workspace, gas fireplace, vaulted ceiling & ceiling fan
KITCHEN: Stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, electric range, double basin sink, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, coffee maker, blender, toaster, ice maker, hand mixer, and more
GENERAL: Free WiFi, central heat & air conditioning, hair dryer, washer/dryer, hangers, iron/board, linens/towels, trash bags/paper towels/toilet paper to get you started
PARKING: Garage parking (2 cars), driveway parking (2 cars), street parking
OUTSIDE/GARAGE: Fully fenced in flat backyard, concrete covered patio, bike storage, tooling station, direct access to Razorback Greenway from our neighborhood
Guests will have access to the entire home (minus cleaners closet) and fenced in yard. The garage is available for you if you'd like to park your vehicle or bikes in out of the weather.
We provide the initial toiletry items for kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Additional supplies will be the guests responsibility.
Our smart TVs are for streaming your own accounts.

Our stay was great. The host was quick to answer questions both prior to and during the stay. The home is in a nice quiet and family friendly neighborhood that is close to shopping and restaurants. Everything was clean and well organized. We felt at home.

Welcoming and very comfortable! We appreciated the basic cooking ingredients and coffee. Also soaps and detergents were appropriated. We enjoyed using this home while in town for a wedding, morning coffee on the patio was a treat!
