About this apartment rental

Bring the whole family/business associates/cycling enthusiasts to this great place with lots of room for fun. There is outdoor space to enjoy and entertain. And we are located smack dab between downtown Bentonville/trails(4 miles) and downtown Rogers/trails (3miles), 5 miles from Beaver Lake and 1 mile from the Razorback Greenway (36 mile continuous paved trail great for walking or biking). We are also 2 miles from the Amp and the Pinnacle Promenade and tons of great restaurants!

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It had everything we needed for a relaxing visit, and the location was perfect.The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire process easy from check-in to check-out. Great place for 6 women to stay while attending the craft fairs in NW Arkansas. The place was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Very comfortable property. Not a pleasant place to spend time outside (needs cleanup and repair after tornado damage in the neighborhood, but understandably time is needed to do that). Front door difficult to lock. Very nice owners. Reasonable price. Good
