We enjoyed our stay. The proximity to the pool, hot tub and walking trails and neighborhood in general was very nice. Going up to the actual unit The dryer vent was totally clogged outside and looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. The welcome mat was very dirty and exterior by front door very dirty. When you go into the place, the bones of the place are very nice and the paint was very pretty. The bathrooms have been updated so they are nice. However, the mattresses were very uncomfortable. Both bedrooms can use new comforters as well as new mattresses. The washing machine is extremely loud & sounds like a plane taking off. The towels and bath mat downstairs were old and dirty. There is nowhere to sit outside on the deck. It would've been nice to be able to sit outside and enjoy the view. The interior furniture downstairs is old and dated, and needs to be replaced in our opinion.
We had a nice time overall enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The neighborhood was very pretty but this unit needs some cleaning & updates.
