If you are looking for stunningly beautiful sunsets right on the beach, this is it! Our spot creates relaxed romance from dawn to dusk where entertaining is easy, comfort reigns supreme and natural beauty is the essence of style. Our location in Oceano puts you directly on the beach, 5 minutes to wineries and the historic Village of Arroyo Grande, and 5-10 minutes to Pismo and Avila Beaches. The Central Coast rivals the Napa Valley featuring more than 200 wineries and vineyards in the region. On almost any given weekend one can find activities such as wine tastings and festivals, biking events, and faires of all types.
This property is ideal for families, and for those wine enthusiasts interested in sharing the cost of a beautiful home and property by bringing a group of 2-3 couples, several families or a group of friends.
This spacious condo is family owned and is a two-story home that has 2 bedrooms, 3 baths, a very open & large kitchen, and family and dining area. The condo is situated on the beach with generous room to relax and enjoy!
The Master Suite features a four poster hand carved queen bed with luxurious bedding including 500 thread count sheets, chenille blanket and oh so comfy pillows. It also has a cozy sitting area for reading or watching TV on the flatscreen. The bath with this bedroom includes a vanity, and a walk-in shower.
The second large bedroom suite is equipped with a five twin beds with silky sheets. This bedroom also offers a flat screen TV. The attached bathroom includes a tub shower combination.
The third sleeping area highlights a queen pull out bed as well as a second bed. Downstairs also offers a full bathroom with the walk-in shower. This is great for families to be able to have a full sleeping area down stairs along with a third full bathroom.
The dining and living area is open and airy with a large dining table, a long bar with five barstools for dining. Relax in the main living area that boasts a flat screen TV, overstuffed chenille couch and gas log fireplace. The home includes all linens, blankets, deluxe coffee maker, cooking and utensils, and beach towels. We do accept pets (see the additional pet amount on prices page). Please note that this location is on Oceano Beach which allows vehicles and ATV's on the beach

The views are beautiful as you truly have an ocean and beach front property! The condo was very clean (kitchen, bathroom and tile floors) but the carpets upstairs are not very clean. The window upstairs in the master slider is fogged on the right side so you can only see out the left one. The blinds downstairs to the right of the slider don't work- you have to carefully open the wooden slats one by one. When you go to open the slider downstairs- make sure you take the pvc pipe out! :) The host, Tammy is great!!!There were plenty of clean towels and the bedding was clean! Make sure to pack soap and shampoo and conditioner for the shower as there isn't any. You might also want to bring tissues as I have allergies and the toilet paper killed my nose. :( There is a great grass area down right down the stairs from the unit which is very convenient if you bring a dog! :) We brought our miniature poodle! :) We were there Thursday-Monday and if you have the sliding door open- you might smell the smoke from bon fires. It is right next to the State Park entrance where people drive their vehicles on the beach. You couldn't hear the vehicles which was great and it closes at 10:00PM.It would be great for a family as it has a 2nd bedroom with bunk beds & a full bathroom which we didn't need. The Wi-Fi worked well & there are TVs in the master and downstairs. There was plenty of drawers for all of your stuff in the master but not much closet space. We had a great time! :)

We had great time staying at the ocean view property. It is prime spot to walk into the beach. The house is spacious, cozy and spotless. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. They provide abundant amount of towels which is very considerate for the place by the beach. The house is by the entrance to Dune state park but it didn’t bother us at all. The ocean view was great. The host is very responsive. The check in was easy. We will definitely come back.

I don't know about the fireplace they never turned on the parking was easy the patio you couldn't wash your shoes cuz the drainage was plugged the washer didn't work patio upstairs had no chairs or none to sit on on the balcony but overall it was okay
