THIS IS A TWO STORY TWO BEDROOM TWO BATH CONDO ON THE BEACH. IT HAS A GATED ENTRY INTO A PARKING GARAGE BENEATH THE BUILDING. TWO PARKING SPACES ARE ALLOWED FOR THIS UNIT. IT HAS THREE TV'S, DVD AND INTERNET ACCESS. IT HAS A RAISED DECK WITH TABLE, FOUR CHAIRS AND BBQ, SO YOU CAN RELAX AND WATCH ALL OF THE ACTION ON THE BEACH. IT IS LOCATED NEXT TO THE PISMO STATE BEACH ENTRANCE AT PIER AVENUE.

Property was wonderful stayed with nieces and nephews easy access to the beach with truck or walking can watch them from patio went out and rented a ATVs from around the corner food access next door or around the corner will definitely stay here again

The home was very clean and cozy. This is the perfect spot if you want to have easy access onto the beach. The home has a nice beach vibe to it and has all of the amenities you need to make it a confortable stay. I would highly recommend this location. The host is very attentive and can be easily reached if needed.

Nice location, right on the beach! Great views from the patio. The bathrooms and bedrooms were fine. The kitchen was well equipped. However, there are way too many artifical plants (covered in dust by the way), and way too many knick knacks and stuff on every surface. The TV had to be powered ON/OFF via a button on the bottom of the TV, but other than that it worked well (Smart TV).

This condo has a great location except for it being next to the entry for the dunes. All day/night there was continuous vehicles & sounds entering & leaving. We felt like being in a fish bowl. The shutters for the slider were not operable. The condo itself was very nice.
