Pawley's Peace 2 miles to Beach Balcony View of 1st Hole 2BR2B

This was a great place to stay! The property was easy to find, easy to access, with plenty of parking. The place was spacious and cozy to hang out in! There were several pools on the property. It is a very close drive to Pawley’s Island beach access points. There are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants in the area as well. The hosts were easy to communicate with and check in and out processes were very simple too. I would recommend staying at this property for a great beach vacation!

My wife, our teenage sons, and I stayed at this fantastic condo for three nights, and it was our first VRBO experience. It exceeded our expectations in every way. The condo was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the living room was the perfect place to unwind and watch the World Cup together. We especially enjoyed the screened-in balcony, where we drank our morning coffee while watching golfers make their way through the course. Mike was an outstanding host, and it's easy to see why he's a Premier Host. His communication was excellent from start to finish. During a water main break that temporarily affected the island, he proactively reached out to let us know what was happening and assured us the water company was already working to restore service. That level of communication was greatly appreciated. The location couldn't have been better. We spent time on the beach searching for Pawleys Island shells and played a round of golf at Founders Club. One day we toured Atalaya Castle in Huntington Beach State Park, which was very cool. Near the castle we were lucky enough to see a mother alligator with her five babies! Thanks to Mike's state park pass, admission to both the the park and the castle was included, which was a great bonus. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. We highly recommend both Mike's condo and Pawleys Island.

We stayed here twice during the same week as we had traveled elsewhere in between. Both times the unit was clean, comfortable and we felt like we were at home. The owner, Michael, always responded quickly with any questions we may have had. We’ve been coming to Pawleys for years and this unit is in a perfect location to restaurants and shops. Very quiet, plenty of parking too. We highly recommended renting this unit and would definitely stay here again.
