Location and cleanliness. We didnt use them, but beach chairs, beach toys, and pool passes are nice appointments. Q-bed was comfortable. Batteries were provided for tv remotes. We needed them so you’ll need to replace for next guests.
Three flights of stairs and no elevator was not clearly described in listing. Needs attention to broken window, oven drawer, Q-bedrm ceiling fan globe missing. Q-bath tub drains slow, missing hair dryer in Q-bath, closed A/C ceiling vents in livingroom, twin bed mattresses very hot, missing ironing board.

The dryer would not turn on and wasn't heating . Called and found out that the turn on issue was fixed previously. Maintenance guy came out the next day and said the element was also bad and would be a few days to order the part. So a previous issue with the dryer was not dealt with prior to our arrival. The lock on the balcony would not lock, utilize the stick in the door channel.

Location was great!
Condo could use some refreshing. Patio pillows had mildew, microwave didn't work, and light bulbs or light covers missing. I think if I knew at booking that it was in the third floor without an elevator I would not have booked. We struggled with the stairs.
