There is a new drip coffee maker, a Keurig coffee maker, new electric can opener, new blender, and new toaster. The under cabinet Bluetooth CD/radio allows you to connect to your Smart phone and stream your own tunes and playlists!
The master has all NEW furniture, a brand new King size mattress, new super soft sheets, new pillows, and new bedding. There is also a new Tommy Bahama style ceiling fan with LED lighting. IMPORTANT INFORMATION FROM RESORT: The resort will be performing a multitude of improvements starting on September 2024 - September 2026. In general, these improvements will include the repair and replacement of the stucco façade at various areas, concrete repairs, sealant replacements, parking deck repairs, and a fresh coating. Noise levels may vary depending on the time of each arrival.

We offer 4-night rentals Late May - Early August, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. If you want a shorter length of time during this season,
please submit an inquiry.
We offer 5-night rentals Early March - Late April , with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry.
January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly.
The renter must be at least 21, and if not at least 25 years of age, an additional $500 security deposit and photo ID will be required that must be paid to the management company. This fee is refundable as long as the condo is left in the same condition and no damages or excessive cleaning is found.
Shores of Panama charges a separate resort fee not included in the total cost. You will pay this by a separate link that is provided before check in. You must register your vehicles in order to receive the Parking Pass with this Unit.
The resort fee is $75.00 plus tax - $81.00.

There’s a couple of things that I think that should be addressed the first one is master bathroom shower knob. When you’re moving there from hot to cold and you place it at the temperature you want the knob seems like something is loose and it drops slowly too hot every time so you have to put it on the colder side so it doesn’t do it The other thing is the air handler seems to be very noisy when it turns on and during running time

Wonderful location, love the pool and bar area! The condo was clean and updated, beautiful,, and the patio and view, awesome!
