The View was obstructed by trees. Need trimmed. Nails coming up from back deck by Hot Tub. Water Pressure was not the greatest. Need cooking sheets for Biscuits or Cookies. Nice Location. But Lacking some things.

The property is easy to get to and is in a peaceful setting. The hot tube is great after a day in the Gatlinburg and surrounding areas. The only thing I recommend for future VRBO users is to contact the owner/management for the additional house rules not posted on the website before renting, especially if you are traveling by motor vehicle. There is a rule, which is the owner's/management's right, but may have an effect on how one chooses to travel. Otherwise, this was a great get away experience. A cozy 1 bedroom with plenty to do between Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and the natural surroundings, including white water rafting.

Hot tub and pool table were awesome,Appliances worked great, host communication was easy and timely. We enjoyed our stay. We will check to see if your beach property is available next time we go to the ocean.

Cute cabin. Location is great Everything was very clean and as advertised. Why 3 star review? Unfortunately we werent able to enjoy our stay as much as we would have liked to... the mattress must be very old because it is sunken in the middle and we kept rolling into the "hole" unable to move or lay comfortable four our two night stay. Im typing this with knots in my back two days later. Solution? Hot tub! Ehhhh... not so much. They must have drained it before we got there and threw a TON of shock in because the chlorine levels were very high... we showered afterwards so there wouldnt be skin reactions. Bring your own coffee! They have a coffee maker and all the creamer youd want but no grounds. You get what you pay for! Would we stay again? Only if they replaced the bed mattress- THAT is the deal breaker.
